INTERNATIONAL COMPETETIVE BIDDING (ICB) INVITATION TO BIDDERS

TENDER NUMBER MCF/Re-67/2024

1. Chemical Industry Corporation Mugher Cement Factory invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of Shell and tube type heat exchanger.
2. Eligible Suppliers could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of their commercial registration certificate, renewed licenses (trade auxiliary) valid for the budget year, Value added tax registration certificate and tax payer registration certificate against payment of a non-refundable Birr 115.00 with vat from procurement department, Addis Ababa during working days from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. local time.
3. Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the form of Certified Cheque (CPO) or Bank Guarantee which will be payable on first demand by CHEMICAL INDUSTRY CORPORATION MUGHER CEMENT FACTORY. And it should be counter guaranteed in Ethiopian commercial banks.
4. Wax-sealed bids shall be delivered to CHEMICAL INDUSTRY CORPORATION MUGHER CLMIN I FACTORY procurement department, Addis Ababa Office on or before 25 February 2025 at 9:30 A.M. Local time. Bidders should provide one original and One Copy of technical' and one original 'Financial' document separately.
5. Bids (Technical Offer) will be opened on 25 February 2025 at 10:00 Α.Μ. local time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. Information you enter the hard currency you are competing for (Euro or U.S.Dollar or other) must be kept clear.
7. Bidders shall submit detail specification of each item under quate with their bidding document.
8. Failure to comply with the condition from 2 to 7 above may result in / an automatically rejection.
9. MCF reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
