Invitation calls for to conduct Gender in Inclusion Gap Assessment in HFHE

Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia (HFHE) is a branch of Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI). HEHE is currently operating under Africa Habitat for Humanity International. Since it started operation in 1993, Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia has supported more than 165,279 families (826,396 individuals). Initially focused on mortgage houses for families affected by poverty and other vulnerabilities, the organization has expanded its efforts to incorporate vulnerable group housing, urban slum upgrading, urban resilience building, water sanitation and hygiene (WASH), and Disaster Risk Reduction Response (DR3)-WASH Resilience Building.

Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia hereby invites eligible consultants (bidders) to submit their bids to conduct a Gender Inclusion gap Assessment in HFHE in Addis Ababa.

Any consulting firm that fulfills the following minimum requirement can take the detailed terms of reference through email request. The potential bidder should include in the bid document the following evidence:

1. 1. Renewed legal business license with TIN.
   2. Experience in similar assignments is preferable.
1. Interested bidders can request a detailed TOR to conduct the Gender Inclusion Gap Assessment in HFHE in Addis Ababa through the following email: procurement@habitatethiopia.org starting from January 13, 2025, during the working hours of 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
2. The deadline for submission of the bid documents is January 23, 2025, before 2:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day January 23, 2025, at 2:30 PM at HFHE Country office in the presence of bidders or bidder's legal representatives who wish to attend.
3. Bidders should submit their offers in sealed envelopes to Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia before the expiry date of the deadline.
4. Bidders must submit one original and one copy of their technical and financial documents.
5. Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Late bids shall also be rejected.
