Invitation to Bid with ref no: SB/OT/2024/NCB/004/05/2025.

Siket Bank S.C has allocated a budget to be used for the Procurements of consultant services of design construction supervision and contract administration of offices and store buildings in Addis Ababa with special agreement contract.

Therefore, Siket Bank S.C invites interested eligible bidders for the consultant services by considering the following points:

1. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased by interested bidders up on payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 800 (Eight hundred Birr)
2. Any bidder should be accompanied by bid security 300,000 ETB by CPO or unconditional bank guarantee with 120 consecutive days starting from bid opening date with possible additional time for 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from 8:30 Am to 5:30 Pm at working hours.
4. Documents will be issued at Siket Bank S.C, 4th floor, room no. 402, s
5. The bid will remain on air for 15 consecutive days starting from January 17/2025 G.C/Or Tir 09/2017 EC
6. Bid must be delivered at address below on or before February 01/2025 G.C/ Tir 24/2017 E.C at 10:00 Am or 4:00 O'clock Eth/ Local Time/4th floor, procurement office.
7. Bid will be closed at 10:00 AM or 4:00 O'clock Eth/Local Time/ and opened at 10:30 or 4:30 O'clock Eth/Local Time/ on February 01/2025 G.C/Tir 24/2017 E.C.
8. Siket Bank S.C reserves the right to reject the bid partially or in full if there is better alternative.
