Oromia Forest & Wildlife Enterprise (OFWE) invites bidders who are interested and eligible bidders (GC-2/BC-1 or above) for the procurement of the mentioned project.
Accordingly,
- A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by any interested bidders from the date of this announcement in the Ethiopian Herald up on payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 1,000.00 (One thousand) during working hours from our head office, 4 floor, office No. 401, located around Kebena Oilibiya Woreda 07, Arada sub-city.
- Bidders should submit a renewed & valid license for 2017 EFY, Tin Number and VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Paper, and Suppliers' list registration certificate of competence from the Ministry of Construction & Urban Development.
- All bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting birr 300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee issued by a recognized domestic bank in Ethiopia.
- The bidders shall submit two separately wax sealed envelope bidding documents (technical and financial) in its original and copy dully marking as "original" and "copy". The copy should be photo copy of the original bid document and must be sealed and marked in the same manner as the original bid documents must be resealed & submitted in one big envelope.
- Bidders should submit their offer to OFWE'S Head Office 4th floor, office No. 406 on 30th day from the first announcement date (must be on working day) on 10:00AM. Original technical requirement will be opened on the same day on 10:30 AM in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives.
- The Financial proposal of the substantially/technically responsive offers of the bidders will be opened after the announcement of the results of technical analysis results on notice board.
- Late bid shall not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
