Chemical Industry Corporation Adami Tulu Pesticides Processing Factory invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of:

1. Automatic liquid pesticide filling, capping, labeling and sealing machine-01 set 2.HDPE Plastic Bottles 500ml and 250ml pack size 100,000 pcs and 200,000 pcs respectively
2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidders upon payment of nonrefundable Birr 500.00 in presenting renewed trade license.
3. The bidders shall submit one envelop sealed bidding document which encloses one big wax sealed envelope of ORIGINAL TECHNICAL DOCUMENT & ONE COPY. This shall be produced in different wax sealed envelopes and labeled as "ORIGINAL TECHNICAL DOCUMENT & COPY" and FINANCIAL DOCUMENT also encloses one big wax sealed envelope of ORIGINAL FINANCIAL DOCUMENT & ONE COPY. This shall also be produced in different wax sealed envelopes and labeled as "ORIGINAL FINANCIAL Offer and COPY"
4. All bidders must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 2% of the total bid price payable to Chemical Industry Corporation AdamiTulu Pesticides Processing Factory in acceptable form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee in wax sealed envelope with technical documents.
5. Bids shall be delivered on/ before 30th calendar day of the 1st day of the announcement on newspaper on/before 10.00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 A.M at Addis Ababa Liaison office in the presence of all bidders or their representatives, who choose to attend.
6. Adami Tulu Pesticides Processing Factory reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
