Invitation to National bid for recruitment of Data center and network infrastructure designing and consulting firm

Awach SACCOS is a savings and credit cooperative that was established on March 22, 2007. With a long-term goal of promoting a culture of savings and providing loans within the community, Awach has developed a strong sense of commitment and belonging among its members, guided by the shared vision.

Our mission is to improve the socio-economic conditions of our members and the broader community by mobilizing savings, facilitating access to credit, and encouraging asset development through innovative technology and a dedicated workforce.

1. Awach SACCOS invites interested and eligible bidders to recruit for Data center and network infrastructure designing and consulting services for 1 year period.
2. An interested bidder need to have valid trade license, renewed tax clearance, vat, tin no, registration certificate, and renewed professional license.
3. A bidder is required to deliver comprehensive services encompassing all facets of the design, execution, operational preparedness of Awach SACCOS data center, and providing consulting services during the contract period.

1. 4: The bid remains floating in a reputable newspaper "Addis Zemen" for 21 consecutive days.

4. Bidders pay a non-refundable ETB 200 and can obtain the Bid document from Awach SACCOS head office, Procurement department, floor 2, Room No. 201 during office hours (Monday to Friday up to 11:00 local time and Saturday up to 5:00 local time)
5. A bid security of Birr 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of a CPO or unconditional bank guarantee must be submitted with the bid documents.
6. A bidder can obtain further information from Awach SACCOS head office located in Addis Ababa; Aware agar protection service building either in person or by phone number +251 115 579 394.
7. Bid document shall be sealed and marked as "Bid for Data center and network infrastructure designing and consulting service" and addressed to; "Awach SACCOS head office located in Addis Ababa; Aware agar protection service building".
8. Bid document shall be submitted by hand at Awach SACCOS head office located in Addis Ababa; Aware agar protection service building before or on the last date & time of floating.
9. Bid document submission will be closed at 4:00 local time at the last date of floating and opened at 4:30 hours local time on the same date
10. Bid document presented by any bidder after the closing date and time shall not be accepted and will be rejected.
11. Bid documents received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on the above-mentioned date & time at the stated places, or
12. If a bidder is not present in his will during the bid opening, Awach SACCOS has the right to open the bid in the absence of the bidders.
13. Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in this invitation for the given assignment.
14. No one is allowed to duplicate or transfer the Bid document that she/he acquired to participate under this invitation.
15. The Awach SACCOS reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
