- The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the African Development Fund toward the cost of the Productivity Enhancement Support to the Integrated Agro-Industrial Parks and Youth Employment (PESAPYE) project, implemented through the Ministry of Irrigation and Lowlands (MILLS) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for the Consultancy Services to conduct Procurement Audit of the PESAPYE project.
- The services to be provided under the Assignment include: conducting procurement Audit particularly in The National PESAPYE Project Coordination Unit and at three Region (PESAPYE) Project Coordination Unit in Bahidar (Amhara), Hawasa (Sideman) and Addis Ababa (Oromia).
- The Ministry of Irrigation and Lowlands (MILLS) now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested Consultants (firms) must provide information indicating that are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, financial stands, have experience with financers etc.)
- Eligibility criteria, the establishment of the short-list, and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank's "Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations" dated, October 2015 available on the Bank Website at http://www.afdb.org. Please, note that interest expressed by a consultancy firm does not imply any obligation on the part of the MILLS to include the firm in the shortlist.
- Interested consultants may obtain further information (including detailed Terms of Reference) at the address below during office hours (9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
- Expressions of interest must be delivered or sent by email to the address below on 11th March 2025 on or before 08:00 PM and mention "Expression of Interest for the Consultancy Services for PESAPYE Project Procurement Audit (AfDB/PESAPYE /C05)".
