Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps is seeking a supplier for the Purchase and distribution of local variety maize and sorghum seed through voucher system for joint farming of Dimma and Gog woreda of its Gambella area Projects.

If you are interested in participating in any of the bids, you should collect Intent to bid form alongside supplier information form and submit it according to the guidelines below.

1. 1. Intent to bid form can be picked up from the respective field office as per the location mentioned below: Gambella office +251-471518886/+251-471514457 or from Addis Ababa office: Yeka Sub-City, Kebele 08, House No. 377; Hayahulet, Tel. +251-11-1-110777, P. O. Box 14319; OR
   2. Bidders can send an email to et-tender-questions@mercycorps.org and request the Intent to bid and Supplier Information form. Make sure to write the Tender number and description of the bid in the subject line of the email. Requests sent without description and Tender reference number may not be considered. Requests for intent to bid and supplier information forms sent by email after 1" April 2025, 5:00PM will not be considered.

Completed Intent to Bid and supplier information Forms for this item must be submitted until 2nd April 2025 5:00pm ONLY through the below.

1. Bidders can submit their filled out, signed and stamped intent to bid and supplier information form through a bid box arranged in the respective field offices they are applying for. OR
2. Email the completed forms to et-tender-questions@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number and description in the email subject line. Submissions without description and tender reference number may not be accepted.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the tender package will be shared only to the suppliers who submitted the filled out, signed and stamped Intent to Bid and supplier information forms.

Mercy Corps reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
