Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure now invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the flowing Services. Interested Consultants should provide information, including firm profile and brochures, demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services. The short-listing criteria are:
- Core Business (Areas of Expertise)
- Years in Business
- Experience in Similar Assignments
- Technical and Managerial Capability
Assignment 1 Title: Consultancy Service on spatial and non-spatial data prepare addressing Maps of 18 URBAN center at different Cities and
Assignment 2 lot based, Title: implementation of addressing system of Jimma, Baherdar, Hawasa each City
General Objective: Assignment 1
The purpose of this National Bid is to invite eligible bidders and to recruit qualified consultant, through open tender, which is to prepare comprehensive, understandable, replicable and implementable street address maps for the establishment of street addressing system in 18 urban centers.
General Objective: Assignment 2
The purposes of this National Bid are lot based to invite eligible bidders to develop digital addressing and physical addressing system to introducing modern Address System at the cities of Jimma, Bahirdar, Hawasa.
In all assignments
The consultant shall be furnishing the necessary labor, materials and equipment for the manufacturing both assignments to introducing modern Address System at the city of different Cities.
The consultant will be selected in accordance with the selection based on Technical Capacity Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) Method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
The study team arrangements should be proposed for each assignment in detail for each activity. Key Experts CVs should not be submitted since will not be evaluated at the short-listing stage.
Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a sub-consultancy to enhance their qualifications. The Expression of interest clearly specifies them of relationship the consultants propose to establish.
Expression of interest should be delivered in a written form in person. or via mail, or via fax, or via e-mail but not later than April 11, 2025 at 5:30 PM.
