Name of Project: GIZ CPS

1. Development for All (DfA) is a local civil society organization established in 2016 with a vision to see just and inclusive societies where everyone lives in dignity. DIA promotes the rights of minorities and other vulnerable groups including people affected by humanitarian situations, persons with disabilities, youth, women, and children
2. Development for All(DfA) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Routers, Montarbo sound system, Digital Compact, cameras, LCD Projectors, Desktop computers and Multifunction printers ("the Goods"). The detailed Technical Specifications of the Goods are provided in the Bidding Documents.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of DfA Office: Lemi Kura Sub-City, Wosen Mikael, Ethiopian Economics Association Building, 2nd Floor, Office No. 206, Addis Ababa Contact: 09 13 33 94 84
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 300 ETB (three hundred Birr).
5. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 5pm on 16 June 2025 and must be accompanied by a bid security of 10,000 Birr (Ten thousand birr) in the form of CPO or Bid Bond issued by a recognized bank that must remain valid for 15 days after the end of the bid submission date.
6. Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders' representatives and anyone who choose to attend at 10 AM on 17 June 2025 at the offices of DfA Office: Lemi Kura Sub-City, Wosen Mikael, Ethiopian Economics Association Building, 2nd Floor, Office No. 206. Addis Ababa
7. Eligibility requirements are as follows:

• The bidder shall have a Trade license valid for the current fiscal year
• The bidder shall provide a trade registration certificate
• The bidder shall provide VAT Registration Certificate and Tax Clearance Certificate for the current fiscal year. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.

8. Development for All reserves the right to reject any Bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
