National Competitive Bidding (NCB)

1. SIINQEE BANK SHARE COMPANY invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of items listed hereunder.

2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures contained in the Bank's Procurement policy and procedures, and are open to all invited eligible bidders. The bid proposal price and delivery time should be unconditional.
3. A complete set of Bidding Document in English is obtained for all eligible Bidder at the office of Procurement and Supply Management Department by depositing ETB 1,500.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred Birr Only) at Siinqee Bank, Oda tower 5th floor office, at working hours.
4. All bids in one original plus one copy properly filled in, signed and stamped, and should be dropped in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose at the Procurement and Supply Management department, on 5th floor office on or before 2:30 P.M, June 24, 2025 G.C.
5. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security of Bank Guarantee (CPO) as per the above stated in favor of SIINQEE BANK SHARE COMPANY. Bids without or less than the stated amount of Bid Security will not be considered and rejected automatically.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives to attend the opening ceremony on June 24, 2025 at 3:00 P.M on 5th floor office.
7. Late bids shall not be accepted for further evaluation purpose.
8. In case any unforeseen situation or public or Government Holiday resulting in closure of Office on the date of opening the tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
9. The Bank reserved the right to reject the bid partially or fully without there by incurring any liability to bidders.
