Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) is an international development and humanitarian organization working with Faith Institutions to realize the vision of being "Together for a Just World". The vision is articulated in five core values that provide the foundation for its work: Integrity of Creation, Human dignity, Justice, Inclusive communities, and Compassion. NCA has been implementing development and emergency response programs in partnership with Ethiopia's government, faith-based Institutions, and civil society organizations for the past 50 years. In its current strategic period, NCA is working on five thematic areas: Gender-based violence\Sexual Reproductive Health. Peacebuilding. Humanitarian Response, Climate Resilient Water and Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH). At the national level, NCA has been preparing with the national and UN Agencies, networks, coalitions, and forums to influence policies and strategies in favour of vulnerable people to poverty and violence through engaging with government ministries and lawmakers besides its implementation of projects at the community level.

NCA is seeking A consultant to develop a life skill manual for adolescents.

Eligibility:

1. Bidders must have the government license/ certificates for 2016/7 EC. (2024/25G.C.), VAT. TIN. Registration Certificate, and other supporting letter/s concerning whether they have paid the taxes for the government. Besides, previous experience/ Reference from client/s is/are mandatory.
2. Bidders should submit a Technical & Financial Proposal (separately) in wax-sealed envelopes accompanied by a bid bond amounting to (1%) of the offer in the form of CPO or bank guarantee.
3. Bidders who did not obtain the bidding document (RFP & TOR) directly from NCA will be rejected during the evaluation.
4. Automatically rejection results for Not use of NCA's (RFP & TOR) for price quotation submission.
5. Bid instruction documents and Request for Quotation (RFP & TOR) can be obtained from Norwegian Church Aid country office in hard copy form according to the details below.
