- Interested and eligible firms with more a minimum of 5 to 7 years Proven experience in media production and managing national-level events with multi-stakeholder participation, demonstrated ability to execute comprehensive media campaigns across diverse platforms (TV, radio, online). Expertise in producing high quality panel discussions on public health, economic development, or similar themes and strong partnerships with national media outlets for maximum outreach of relevant experience in develop a communication strategy. Implementation plan, and communication starter kit with renewed Trade License. VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate.

- The Bid price validity shall be 90 days.
- Bidders must submit the Technical and Financial Bid in Separate envelopes.
- Bidders should submit the financial proposal only in ETB.
- The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before June 16, 2025, at 16:00 GMT after noon at the place mentioned under.
