Eligible suppliers can collect Bid direction and requirements from WVE Procurement Unit through the address shown below by delivering credential renewed license during working hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00PM to 4:00PM), starting from June 16, 2025 to Jun 23, 2025. Kindly be informed on Friday office will be closed at 2:00PM (8:00 Local time).

The bidder shall submit the original and copy of the bid in separate envelopes sealed and stamped. Duly marking the envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" for Financial & Technical proposals separately including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration License. Tax Payer's Registration, VAT Registration, and professional competency Certificates).
All documents (Technical and Financial proposals) must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for the purpose on or before 2:00 PM on June 23, 2025. Please note that the submitted documents will be opened by WVE Procurement committee and the technical evaluation result will be posted on WVE notice board and will be communicated to the bidders up on the completion of technical evaluation.
World Vision Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
