Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Preparation of Company Profile

Hibir Construction Corporation is pleased to announce an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the preparation of a comprehensive company profile. We invite qualified firms and individuals to submit their proposals to assist us in creating a detailed and engaging representation of our organization.

The purpose of this project is to develop a professional company profile that accurately reflects our mission, values, services, and achievements. The profile will be used for marketing purposes, stakeholder engagement and enhancing our brand visibility.

The Scope of Work are, but not limited to: Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to gather insights about the company, perform research to highlight industry positioning, competitive advantages, and market trends, develop written content that clearly articulates our brand story and value proposition, design a visually appealing layout that aligns with our branding guidelines, and deliver the final product in both digital and print formats.

1. Hence, Hibir Construction Corporation now invites eligible bidders to indicate their interest in providing the above-mentioned services. Interested consultants must provide information on the criteria of shortlisting that are listed out under serial number five below. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
2. Participation is open to all eligible consultants with license on related services.
3. Consultants are expected to submit their expression of interest including eligibility documents such as renewed trade and professional licenses, VAT and tax registration certificate,
4. Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the Consultant Guidelines. Consultants who possess best qualifications for the proposed assignments will be selected for the short list.
5. The short-listing criteria are:

• Core business and years in business

• Qualifications of key staffs on the field of study
• Technical and managerial capabilities of Organization of the firm General Qualification and number of key stuffs.

• Trade license eligible for the year 2017 E.C, VAT, TIN, PPA Registration
• Expression of Interest (Eol) shall be submitted in English.
• The consultant has successfully completed at least 2 (two) similar contracts
• Proven experience in creating company profiles or similar marketing materials.
• Strong writing and design skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

6. Interested Consulting Firms are requested to submit their Expressions of Interest in a sealed One (1) envelope, with One (1) Original and two (2) copies must be delivered before 7 calendar days from the first date of advertisement at 3:00 PM local time to Hibir Construction Corporation at Bahir Dar, Design Preparation & Contract Administration Directorate. Documents received after this date and time shall be rejected.
7. Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address below during office hours (2:30 to 6:30 local time in the morning and 7:30 to 11:30 local time in the afternoon)
8. The price of the complete set of bidding document is nonrefundable amount with fee of ETB 1,000.00 (One Thousand Birr) to and the means of payment shall be in Cash.
9. The Hibir Construction Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the process.
10. The completion time of the assignment shall be 2 months.
