(Request for Proposal (RFP)) -Bid No.0IPDC 01/2018
Oromia Industrial Parks Development Corporation need to procure consultancy services for Laboratory Layout Design, Renovation and supervision of project works at Bulbula Integrated Agro-Industrial Park (IAIP) and Shashamane Rural Transformation Center (RTC).
The Corporation hereby invites bidders who meet the following criteria to submit their bid documents and technical evaluation documents at the Corporation's office.
Therefore, bidders must:
- Your organization must submit a copy of their legal current valid business license, Tax Clearance, Letter of Competence, TIN registration certificate and VAT registration certificate documents along with the original bid document and copy of the tender document.
- Bidders may purchase the bidding documents from the Finance Department Office at OIPDC, during working days and hours from the date of publication of this tender notice in the newspaper until July 28/2025 G. C by paying a non- refundable fee of Birr 1000 /One thousand Birr Only/ via Siinqee Bank Account 1010528950318.
- Any bidder must submit a bid security of 50,000 Birr (Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of a /CPO/ or unconditional bank guarantee valid for at least four months, in name of the Oromia Industry Parks Development Corporation, along with the original document.
- The winner of the tender will be determined in accordance with the SBD section 3.
- Any bidder must submit the requested technical and financial bid documents in a sealed envelope, marked as original and copy, in a separate two-envelope system, and will be submitted place it in the box provided for this purpose on the date specified in this notice.
- The bid shall remain open up to July 29/2025 G.C at the OIPDC Procurement Department Office and shall be closed on the July 29/2025 at 10:00 AM and opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives and observers. The absence of bidders shall not prevent the opening of the bid.
- If the office finds a better alternative, the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part is reserved by law.
