RE-ADVERTISMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES
The Ethiopian Orthodox Church Development and Inter Church Aid Commission (EOC-DICAC) is looking for competent consultant to carry out End-line Evaluation of Joint Initiative for Strategic Religious Action (JISRA) project that has been implemented since 2021 in two (Batu/Ziway and Negele Arsi) towns and surrounding areas of Oromia region.
The consultant should have experience on execution evaluation and assessment in areas of FORBs, human right, peace building andconflict resolution, gender and youth and lobby and advocacy etc. and with proven records in delivering professional results are mandatory. The consultant should incorporates team member's CVs and experiences with testimony, legal license (renewed for the current Ethiopian year) TIN Number and VAT registration certificate in the technical proposal.
Interested and qualified consultants can collect ToR for the task from Peace, Ethics And Advocacy Department of the Commission. Consultants who are interested to apply have to submit sealed technical and financial proposals separately in two envelops in the tender box designated for this purpose at EOC-DICAC head office, 1st floor before 3:00 PM of the tenth calendar days of this announcement.
