The organization has been working hard to achieve its mission of "empowering women and men for gender transformation and sustainable livelihoods" in order to contribute to its vision.

I. Description
Women Empowerment-Action (WE-Action), with funding from horizont3000, is implementing the project "Support Health, Poverty Reduction and Gender Equality Project, in Hamer and Bena Tsemay districts of South Omo Region, South Ethiopia Region and Adami Tulu Jido kombolcha district of East Shoa, Oromia Region, Ethiopia". WE-Action invites bids from interested eligible qualified bidders (medical supply companies) for medicines, medical supplies and medical equipment's for health centers and mobile health units who fulfill the following criteria.
- Bidders must be accompanied by renewed business license and registration, TIN, VAT & Competency certificate and those must be submitted together with the technical bid document.
- All bids must have accompanied by a bid security of Medicine & medical supplies birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand birr) in form of CPO or Bid bond.
- The types and list of Medicines are mention on the Bid document.
- Interested bidders shall collect the Bid Document in person from the address of our Head Office WE-Action; around 24 Megenagna in front of Bright Paint Factory PLC from 11/9/2025 to September 24/9/2025 during working hour (08:30AM- 12:00PM and 01:30 PM-05:00PM).
- The bid must be submitted before or on 24/9/2025 at 02:00 PM, and Closing date: 24/9/2025, failure to meet the closing date may result in the tender being void.
- Women Empowerment- Action (WE-Action) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
