Invitation for National Competitive Bid

1. Engineering Corporation of Oromia has secured a budget for the Procurement of: -

Lot1: - Geophysical Instrument IP/Resistivity meter

Lot-2: XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) Instrument

2. Hence, interested bidders who can fulfill the criteria and submit the following legal documents can participate in the bid: -
   1. Renewed trade/business license for 2018 E.C
   2. Recent Tax clearance
   3. TIN certificate
   4. VAT certificate
   5. Other related documents
3. Therefore, interested eligible bidders are invited to participate in this bid to supply the above Purchase of Geophysical Instrument IP/Resistivity meter & XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) Instrument
4. Bids accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the bid price in Ethiopian Birr in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee must be submitted to the Office mentioned above.
5. Bidders shall deliver bid documents to Engineering Corporation of Oromia (ECO), 3rd floor on or before 18 November 2025 at 10:00 AM. Bids submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. The bid shall be opened on 18 November 2025 at 10:30 AM at ECO Hall in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives.
6. A complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased from the above office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 300.00 (Three Hundred) from the address indicated below.
7. ECO reserved the right to reject all or part of bids
