Direct Aid Ethiopia invited to for medium deep well for the year 2026, where water and bureau had made geological survey
INVITATION TO THE BIDDER'S ANNOUNCEMENT
Direct Aid Ethiopia is an NGO engaged in assisting the developmental strategies and Policies through uplifting the living condition of the rural urban people who need immediate support. Hence, its major involvement areas include, Education, Social, health and water well in line with this, Direct Aid announces to competitive bidders to participate in in the digging medium deep well for the year 2026, where water and bureau had made geological survey.
1. Bidders who participate in the tender must be Water Work Contractor G5 or above
2. Bidders who participate in the digging dep well shall submit renewal license, tin number, Vat registration & clearance certificate.
3. Bidder who participates in digging deep well shall submit financial original, & copy, technical original & copy in each separate envelope, having written “original” & “copy “in each envelop, finally all documents should be put in a mother envelop.
4. Bidders must be in a similar project experience at least two years and above prior to bidding process.
5. Each bid envelope should be sealed in wax & stamped envelope. All bids submitted to the address below on or before 10 (10) working days of the announcement of this invitation for bid in The Ethiopian Herald Newspaper up to the 10th working days at 10:00 am and shall be opened on the same Date at 10:30 am in the presence of interested bidder or representative at Direct Aid Office Gerji area, near Kadisco Hospital, P.O. Box 9597, Addis Ababa Tel 0911219233.
6. Late bidder shall not be accepted, and documents returned unopened
7. Bid document shall be accompanied by a "bid security" CPO not less than 2% of the total Amount sealed in wax & stamped.
8. If the organization has got another better option, we are not obliged to the tendering process and the bidding might be partially or fully being cancelled.
