Procurement of International Consultancy Service for Provisioning and Implementation of TIER 1 Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) ERP for Ethiopian Investment Holdings (EIH)

1. The Ethiopian Investment Holdings (EIH) has budget to be used for the Provisioning and Implementation of TIER 1 Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) ERP for Ethiopian Investment Holdings (EIH) through International Competitive Bidding (ICB).
2. The Ethiopian Investment Holdings (EIH) now invites eligible bidders for the procurement of International Consultancy Service for Provisioning and Implementation of TIER 1 Software-As-A- Service (SaaS) ERP for Ethiopian Investment Holdings (EIH).
3. Bidders can get scanned soft copies of the tender documents before November 11, 2025, from the Ethiopian Investment Holdings Procurement and Admin department, 6th floor. This is available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 10.00 USD or equivalent in ETB amount to CBE Acc. No 1000457406898.

6. The selected bidder must provide at least 10% performance bond in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee accepted by the buyer.
7. The bid shall be valid for 30 calendar days.
8. EIH reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
