- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Dire Dawa Polytechnic College, EASTRIP PIU First Floor, Dire Dawa, ddptceastrippiu@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours from Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 17:30 except lunch break from 12:01 till 13:59 and on Friday 07:30 to 17:30 except lunch break from 11:01 till 13:59 at the address given below. Any communications made through email addresses other than the one officially designated above shall not be considered valid or official. Furthermore, bidders who are not registered through the official communication channel will not be considered for further evaluation.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 am (morning) on 4th of December, 2025. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked "ORIGINAL BID", and the inner envelopes marked "TECHNICAL PART" will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on 10:30 am (morning) on 4th of December, 2025. All envelopes marked "SECOND ENVELOPE: FINANCIAL PART" shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public opening.
