1. Zemen Insurance S.C invites eligible and qualified law firms to submit sealed bids for the provision of legal advisory services to facilitate the company's registration of securities with the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) and subsequent listing by introduction on the Ethiopian Securities Exchange (ESX).
2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering policy and procedure of the company and other relevant laws of the country and it is open to all eligible bidders.
3. Interested bidders may obtain in detailed Terms of Reference (TOR)from Zemen Insurance S.C Head Office Bole Road Alem Building Alem Cenema 3rd floor CEO office, with 500(Five Hounded Birr) for bid fees starting from November 3,2025 during official working hours (8:00 A.M-5:00 PM).
4. Bidders must submit the following documents with their technical proposal a valid law firm license from the Ministry of Justice, a renewed Trade License, a vat Registration Certificate, a valid Tax clearance certificate and Tin Certificate.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of ETB 50,000(Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or bank guarantee.
6. Sealed bids Technical and financial documents must be submitted separately in person to the Zemen Insurance S.C head office Bole Road Alem Building Alem Cenema 3rd floor CEO office.
7. The bid will be closed on November 11 2025, at 3:00 PM and opened the same date at 3:45 PM at the company's head office. The presence of bidders or their authorized representatives is welcome to attend.
8. The company representatives the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
