Objective of the Assignment
The objective of this consultancy service is to provide Detail Design, Supervision and contract administration for the construction of the above rural road projects and Trail bridge: funded under the RCSFP program.
Qualification and Experience Criteria
Harari Transport and Road Development Bureau under RCSFP program is allocated for the Consultancy Service, and now invites eligible local consultants (of Grade III and below) to indicate their interest in providing the services.
General experience in road design, supervision, or related consultancy works.
Specific experience in similar assignments
Availability of qualified key personnel such as:
Team Leader / Highway Engineer, Material / Geotechnical engineer, Hydrologist quantity Surveyor Structural Engineer Contract Administration Expert. But not limited to these
Participation Condition
Consultants are allowed to participate in only one of the above consultancy Procurement Reference. Submission for more than one project will result automatic disqualification. Expressions of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Harari Public Procurement Proclamation and procedure. Participation is open to all eligible bidders.
Submission Details
Expressions of Interest must be delivered in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Project Title and Package Number, to the address below on or before seven (7) working days from the date of advertisement in the newspaper, at 3:30 local time. Late submissions will be rejected.
