Population Services International (PSI) Ethiopia, in partnership with JSI and the Ministry of Health (MOH), is preparing to launch a three-year project designed to strengthen RMNCH-N and malaria service delivery through enhanced community engagement using the Village Health Leader (VHL) initiative.
The RMNCH-N+Malaria Project aims to strengthen the continuum of care and accelerate improvements in maternal, newborn, and child health outcomes across selected regions and wored as through critical community structures. The project will be implemented across six regions namely Oromia. Amhara, South Ethiopia. Tigray. Sidama and Somali covering 70 woredasi

Applicants should:
- Be legally recognized and registered organization: valid registration documents & statutes.
- Demonstrate experience/expertise in
- RMNCH-N, EPI, and malaria programming
- Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders (i.e. Ministry of Health, local partners, community members, Primary Health Care Unit. Woreda, regional levels and health service providers)
- Has relevant exposure in Mixed-method rapid assessments (similar assessments before) and DHIS2 & CHIS/eCHIS data analysis experience and access. Health system strengthening and implementation research, Community engagement models, Supply chain & workforce assessments
- Quantitative and qualitative data analysis
- GIS/mapping (desirable)
