1. The Fred Hollows Foundation Ethiopia office (FHFE) an international humanitarian organization, invites sealed bid from eligible, qualified bidders for Consultancy Service on Advisory and Technical Assistance Support for Impact Model Program Approach, Capacity Development, and Eye Health Systems Strengthening.
2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to obtain a complete set of bidding documents from The Fred Hollows Foundation Ethiopia Country office located at, 24 Area, Bawdutch Building, 1^st floor.
3. Bidders shall present a copy of their renewed trade license for the year 2017 E.C., registration certificate, Tax Identification & VAT Registration Certificates, and other necessary documents.
4. Financial offers shall be produced in as separate sealed envelopes labelled original and copied. Technical offer shall be made in a separate third sealed envelope clearly labelled as Technical Offer sealed in and signed outer envelope, addressed to The Fred Hollows Foundation Ethiopia office whose address is mentioned below.
5. Bid will be closed on December 22, 2025, at 2:00 pm and will be opened on the same date at 2:30 pm in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at Fred Hollows Foundation Ethiopia Office located at, 24 Area, Bawdutch Building, 1^st floor, Addis Ababa.
6. Bidders are advised to read the bidding document thoroughly to fill in all the necessary details requested in the bidding document.
7. Failure to comply on the conditions from № 2 to 7 above shall result an automatic rejection.
8. The Fred Hollows Foundation Ethiopia office reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process partially or all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
