The Ethiopian Mineral Corporation (EMC) invites sealed bid from all interested eligible bidder for the sale of approximate weight is 2920.50 kgs of tantalum concentrate with the following assay result an average of 41.99% of tantalum and 29.08% of Nobium. Which are: -
Tantalum ore staffed and sealed to the drums by independent EMC member’s committee and sample and weighted taken by EMC laboratory XFR machine is used.

Bid document can be obtained from the company's trade house and development directorate against nonrefundable birr 500.00 and presentation of renewed trade license, TIN, VAT and current tax clearance.
Bidders must be delivered financial documents by 2copies.for each lot separately Wax-sealed bid marked as per the instruction given to the bidder in the tender documents and address to the below address must be received by the buyer at or before 10:00 A.M 27 January, 2026. The documents will be received through bid box or hand delivered. No liability will be accepted by the seller for loss or late delivery.
The bid will be opened in the presences of bidder or their representative who chooses to attend on the date and address specified below at 10:30 A.M 27 January, 2026. A bid security 2% of the total value in the form of a bank guaranty or CPO issued by the commercial bank of Ethiopia or any other financial institute recognized by the national bank of Ethiopia submitted along with the bid document. Bid security shall be valid for at least one hundred twenty (120) days beyond the bid submission deadline. The shall remain valid for ninety days (90) after the bid submission.
