Invitation for Supplier Registration: Provision of
Medicines, Medical Equipment, and Supplies
Humedica e.v Ethiopia is German based humanitarian organization working in different regions of Ethiopia since February 2010. Humedica wants to select three human medicine, medical equipment and laboratory material suppliers for its projects located in Tigray, Oromia and Somali regions for the year 2026. Once the suppliers are identified through this tender the selected three suppliers will sign an agreement for one year to supply medicine and medical equipment for humedica projects. The three suppliers to be selected will submit proforma/quotations when requested as per the projects' needs. Therefore,

Necessary documents to get the tender document: -
1. Renewed Trade License.
2. Registration certificate from FDA and from other relevant regulatory bodies.
3. TIN certificate.
4. Profile of the organization that shows the organizational merit with staffing-with recent copy of payroll attached.
5. Performance certificates /recommendation letter from buyers and regulatory bodies like FDA and from other relevant regulatory bodies.
6. Technical and indicative price quotation proposals separately.
Tender Process
· Eligible supplier could obtain tender documents (indicative list of medicine, laboratory and other supplies and medical equipment) from humedica country office by presenting the above-mentioned documents listed in No. 1 to 3. · The firms can submit their technical (documents listed from number 1-5) and financial (indicative price quotation filled in tender document form) proposal separately from Monday to Friday 9:00 A.M (morning) - 4:00 PM (afternoon).
· Humedica will notify the selected firms after evaluation of the technical and financial proposals through email and notice poster on its office gate.
· Humedica reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Time frame
The bid must be submitted to humedica e. V Ethiopia within 10 consecutive days after the date of announcement.
