1.       The Ethiopian Agricultural Businesses Corporation (EABC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of

Lot 1= Liquid Foliage fertilizer 600,000 litter

Lot 2 Herbicide 700,000 Litter & 20,000 kg

Lot 3= Fungicide, 90,000 litters & 50,000kg

Lot 4= Insecticide 40,000 Litter

To be delivered as per Specification and the delivery schedule specified in the bid document.

2.       The terms of purchase will read as FOB terms

3.       Terms of payment;

·         At sight payment

4.       Bidders may participate on one or more lots or the entire Agrochemicals specified in the bid documents, requirements and specifications are listed in bid documents.

5.       A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by the interested eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 3000 birr or equivalent in any freely convertible currency in Ethiopian bank.

6.       The Bidder shall furnish in a separate envelop, as part of its bid, a unconditional counter guarantee from Commercial bank of Ethiopia (CBE) only and bid security in US dollars or the amount of for lot 1 USD 27, 3734, for lot 2 = USD 19,800, for lot 3=USD 5,600 for Lot 4 USD 1,540 chemicals mentioning the corresponding types of chemicals quoted in its bid.

7.       Bidder shall furnish the performance security in accordance with the Conditions of the document and contracts. Performance bond must only be issued by Commercial bank of Ethiopia (CBE).

8.       All bids, must be delivered at the following address: Ethiopian Agricultural Businesses Corporation, Agricultural Inputs Supply Sector Akaki - Kality Sub - City Woreda 06, On or before 10:00 A.M on March 6/2026 and must be accompanied by the aforementioned bid security. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder's representations that choose to attend at 10:10 A.M. On March 6/2026 at the EABC Agricultural Inputs Supply Sector (AISS) assembly hall.

9.       9 Representatives should submit the letter of representation given by the supplier which should be stamped and sealed.

10.   Ethiopian Agricultural Businesses Corporation (EABC) reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids and to cancel the bid in whole or in part.

11.   Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Ethiopian Agricultural Businesses Corporation, Agricultural Inputs Supply Sector
