Oxfam GB is a UK based International Humanitarian and Development Organization working in Ethiopia since the 1960s.
Oxfam GB is looking for a capable and reliable consultant, who will provide professional services and based in Addis Ababa.
Thus, Oxfam GB is issuing this Invitation to Tender to invite all legitimate service providers with relevant experience to take part in this tender.
Oxfam Ethiopia has implemented a Women's Economic Empowerment and Care program (WE-CARE) that is dedicated to promoting a just and inclusive society by recognizing, reducing, and redistributing unpaid care and domestic work (UCDW), empowering women and girls with more choices and opportunities in all aspects of life, and ensuring carers' voices are heard in policy decisions. The project is achieving better results through the implementation of different activities and interventions to meet the outcome of the project through the five strategies (SRs) to bring about change in the lives of these impacted women and girls.
The strategies are Recognition, Reduction, Redistribution, Representation, and Reward of unpaid care work and care by key stakeholders such as the government.
As one of the project key milestones, we have planned to conduct 5 days training of trainers (TOT) level training on Men engagement approach for key program staffs of Oxfam and its partners. Oxfam would like to outsource some of the deliverables of the engagements. The overall responsibility of the consultant is to effectively lead and facilitate the five days TOT training workshop and submit necessary reports including training manual. Therefore, we seek a consulting firm for this assignment who has an extensive qualification and experience and sound track record in undertaking such engagements previously in the NGOs sector. The key tasks and deliverables and the essential requirements are clearly stated in the TOR.

Consultants are required to carefully read through the tender documents, make a note of the planned timetable below, and return their responses by the close of business 2nd March 2026, not later than 10:30 p.m. late bid offers will not be considered.
