We invite interested Bus service providers to participate in this BID. Note that suppliers are required to submit price quotations/ pro-forma invoices for the item within Seven (7) consecutive days from the date of the announcement.
Please indicate clearly stated type and quality specifications indicated in the announcement in your submissions.
The bidders shall be duly registered and should have a valid license and renewed trade license under the laws of Ethiopia and possess TIN Registration Certificate. Applicants/Suppliers need to deliver the per-forma to:

· AAHI Gambella Field Office Address: Gambella Town, Kebele 05, in front of Metadel Hotel
Remark:
A total of 21,000 refugees are expected to be relocated in Gambella region from Tormorok to Loak Dong (the new settlement camp). However, the number can be less or high accordingly.
Please provide the cost per person for the round trip.
Previous refugee relocation experience in other areas is a plus.
AAHI-E reserves the right to inspect all proposed vehicles to
verify safety and roadworthiness prior to contract award.
