REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

FOR VEHICLE RENTAL SERVICE

Population Media Center–Ethiopia (PMC-E), an international non-profit organization, invites eligible and qualified transport service providers for the provision of vehicle rental service.

Interested and qualified transport service providers may download the “Vehicle Rental Service” table from the link below or collect a copy of the quotation table from the PMC-E office indicated below.

Bidders shall complete the quotation table by inserting their daily quoted prices in the designated fields.

All prices must be quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Price Validity: Following contract signing, the quoted prices shall remain fixed and valid for a minimum period of six (6) mon
2. 2. Inclusive Costs: All the quoted prices shall cover fuel and the driver’s per diem.
3. 3. Payment Terms: The service provider shall be willing to provide the service without advance paymen Payment will be made upon completion of the service, in accordance with the agreed terms.
4. 4. Service Provision:  The  service  provider  shall  be  willing  and  able  to  provide  the  required transportation service as requested by PMC-E.
5. 5. Past Experience:  Bidders  shall  provide  evidence  of  relevant  previous  transportation  service experience, including references from a minimum of three (3) previous clien
6. 6. Logbooks and Drivers: Each transportation service shall be supported by a properly completed and signed logboo Drivers must be qualified, experienced, professional, and disciplined.
7. 7. Payment: Payment will be made based on the actual service rendered and upon submission of the required supporting docum
8. 8. Mandatory Business  Documents:  Transport  service  providers  shall  submit  valid  and  renewed supporting business documents, as applicable, including: Renewed business license/trade license, VAT registration certificate, Supplier registration certificate, Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Other relevant legal business documents
9. 9. Quotation Submission: The completed quotation table must be signed and stamped by authorized bidd

Interested and eligible firms may download the table titled “Vehicle Rental Service” from the PMC-E website, Telegram, or LinkedIn, or collect a hard copy from the PMC-E office located at, Kirkos Sub-City, Woreda 8, House No. 227/B, Mekane Yesus Building, 7th Floor Addis Ababa.

Bidders shall submit their completed quotations in a sealed envelope to the PMC-E office located at Kirkos Sub-City, Woreda 8, House No. 227/B, Mekane Yesus Building, 7th Floor Addis Ababa. during working hours, within ten (10) working days from the date of this announcement.

Types of Vehicle:  Toyota Land Cruiser Mark II 2010 & above – Minimum requirement

Vehicles must be suitable for all weather, road, terrain, and climatic conditions
