Engender Health is a leading global women's health organization with a vision to create a gender-equal world where all people achieve their sexual and reproductive health and rights. In Ethiopia, EngenderHealth is legally registered with the Charities & Societies Agency under license no. 1233. Currently, EngenderHealth supports the Federal Ministry of Health in the expansion of Family Planning and other Reproductive health services in more than 320 woredas across 8 regions and 2 city administrations supporting more than 1830 health centers/hospitals and 2000 health posts.
EngenderHealth is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a mid-term review of the project Enhancing Reproductive Health Entitlement and responding to Gender Based Violence (GBV) in Ethiopia: Phase II. It is implemented in Addis Ababa city administration (all eleven sub-cities) and two regions of Ethiopia: The Amhara Region (19 woredas across South Wello, North Wollo, and Oromia Special Zone) and the Somali Region (17 woredas across the Fafan, Jarar, Korhay, and Shebelle zones).
Interested and qualified consulting firms can collect the Term of Reference (TOR) by requesting via email address SGoraga@egdh.org starting from March 09,2026 during office hours (Morning 8:30am- 12:30 pm and Afternoon 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm). The financial proposal should be sealed into envelope separately and marked Financial proposals" whereas technical proposals can be sent either via email address SGoraga@egdh.org or delivered to EngenderHealth office.
The deadline for submission will be March 18, 2026 @ 10:30 PM in the afternoon.
