Population Services International, Ethiopia (PSIE), a growing International Humanitarian Organization, seeks to establish Long-term Arrangements (LTA) prequalification, and or contracted (fixed prices) with suppliers / and service providers engaged/specializing in various supply/service categories. The LTAs when established, will enhance cost efficiency from economies of scale and ensure timeliness in the procurement and delivery of products and services.
PSIE hereby invites applications from eligible and competent service providers to apply for the categories listed below.
· Ref # PSI/007/2026: Multimedia production, social media, and community-based activations
· Ref # PSI/008/2026: Photo and video documentation.
· Ref # PSI/009/2026 - GPS Service provider, vehicles fleet management, vehicles tracking and monitoring
To be shortlisted, all applicants must fill the online form and submit documents as evidence for all the requested requirements.

3. Email submissions received without completing the link above in #1 and without referring to the EOI reference may not be considered.
Bidders strongly advised to use the above link and to submit as requested starting from April 05, 2026. Bid responses must be submitted in soft copy and with relevant attachments only to the e-mail address psiprocurement@psiet.org on or before April 20, 2026, 5:00 PM. Late bids shall be rejected.
