2. Bidders may engage in complete or partial competition.
3. Interested and qualified bidders may acquire a full set of bidding documents for a non-refundable fee of ETB 300 (Three Hundred Birr) from the MKC-DC Head Office situated in Kirkos Sub-City, Woreda 01, House Number 253, near Dembel City Center, within the Olopiya Meserete Kristos Church Building on the 1st Floor, beginning on April 14, 2026, during regular working hours.
4. Bidders shall present copy of their renewed trade license for the year 2018 E.C, registration certificate, Tax Identification & VAT Registration Certificates, proof of previous similar supplies, and other necessary documents.
5. Bidders shall present and have their sample inspected for each items on or before the closing date.
6. Bid will be closed on April 17, 2026 at 10:AM and will be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at Addis Ababa, Kirkos Sub-City, Woreda 01, and House Number 253 around Dembel City Center Olopiya Meserete Kristos Church Building 1st Floor at left side.
7. MKC-DC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, fully or partially.
