INVITATION TO BID

Ries Engineering Share Company (RESCO) invites eligible, qualified, and reputable consulting firms to submit sealed bids for the provision of the following consultancy service: Organizational Structure Review, Manpower Planning, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Job Grading, and Salary Scale Development.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested consulting firms must meet the following minimum requirements:

Have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant consulting experience in organizational development, job evaluation, job grading, compensation, and salary structure studies;

Demonstrate successful completion of similar assignments;

Possess qualified multidisciplinary professionals relevant to the assignment.

Bid Documents

1.     Interested bidders may obtain the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) from RESCO during working hours (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1000 (One Thousand Birr).

2.     Bidders shall submit their proposals in three separately sealed and clearly marked envelopes:

Technical

Financial Proposal

Bid security

3.     Each proposal shall be submitted in two copies, marked:

Copy

4.     The Financial Proposal shall be quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and shall include all applicable taxes, duties, and associated costs.

Bid Security

The bid must be accompanied by ETB 100,000 Bid Security in the form of a (CPO) or Bank Guarantee issued in the name of Ries Engineering Share Company.

Required Documents

Bidders shall attach the following valid and renewed documents to their Technical Proposal: Business License, Certificate of Registration, Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate (where applicable), Any other relevant supporting documents.

Bid Submission

1.     Bids shall be submitted in a sealed and wax-sealed envelope and deposited in the designated tender box located at the General Services Division of RESCO.

2.     Bids must be submitted by hand to the address above no later than 2:00 P.M. of the 10th working day from the date of this announcement publication of this invitation in a newspaper during normal working hours.

3.     Any bid received after the stated deadline shall be rejected and returned unopened.

Bid Opening

1.     Where applicable, bid opening may be conducted on the next working day following the bid closing date at 9:00 A.M. local time at the Employees' Club in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Reservation of Rights

Ries Engineering Share Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process, in whole or in part, at any time prior to contract award without incurring any liability to bidders and without assigning any reson.
