SUPPLY OF POINT-OF-SALE ITEMS
Dashen Brewery Share Company hereby invites interested, eligible, and competent suppliers to apply for registration as potential suppliers for the supply of promotional items for its marketing, sales, and brand activation activities.
Scope of Supply
The registration covers, but is not limited to, the supply of the following promotional and branding items:
§ POSM materials (banners, posters, wobblers, danglers, signage)
§ Branded giveaways (T-shirts, caps, umbrellas, mugs, glasses, key holders, etc.)
§ Event and activation materials
§ Customized promotional merchandise
§ Printing and branding services related to promotional items
Eligibility Requirements
Interested suppliers are required to submit the following:
§ Valid business license for the relevant line of business
§ VAT registration certificate and TIN
§ Valid tax clearance certificate
§ Company profile with relevant experience
§ List of similar promotional items supplied in the last five (5) years
§ Sample products or product catalog
Evaluation Parameters
A. Technical Evaluation Criteria
Suppliers will be evaluated based on, but not limited to, the following criteria:
1. Relevant Experience
ü Proven experience in supplying promotional items, preferably for FMCG or beverage companies, for five years.
2. Financial capability
ü Two-year audited report by an accredited auditor.
ü 1-year Bank statement in any currency (annual financial flow, average per month)
3. Production & Supply Capacity (Physical validation)
ü Production capacity and quality control system
ü Machine capacity and quality
ü Human resources (workforce capacity)
ü Raw material capacity (inventory health and warehousing)
4. Past Performance & References
ü Performance history and reference letters from previous or existing clients, at least from five, preferably from FMCG
Registration Outcome
Suppliers who meet the minimum evaluation requirements will be:
ü Registered in Dashen Brewery’s approved supplier database, and
ü Invited to participate in future RFQs or tenders for point of sale, as required.
Submission Details
Interested suppliers are requested to submit their registration documents within the period specified in the publication via the designated procurement channel.
Dashen Brewery Share Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
Dashen Brewery Head Office, located around 22 (near the Tourist Business Enterprise), Addis Ababa. The bid document shall be available fifteen (15) days from the date of this announcement.
