Total Energies Marketing Ethiopia S.C invites interested, eligible and qualified bidders to submit their bid proposal for the supply of Ground Penetrating Radar equipment.
Interested applicants shall note the instructions for participation below.
1. Bidders should have a valid renewed Trade License, VAT registration, and TIN Certificate.
2. Bidders may obtain the Tender document from TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia SC, Purchasing Division, Mullege Building 7m Floor, during normal working hours, or it may be shared by email to shortlisted bidders.
3. Bidders can collect the bid document from TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia S.C. Head Office, Mullege Building. 7th Floor, Purchasing Division Office and the bid will be closed on July 24, 2026, before 4:00pm.
4. Bidders shall submit their technical and financial proposals in two separate plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender name and reference number and deposited in the fender box at Total Energies Marketing Ethiopia S.C Head Office, Mullege Building 7th floor, Purchasing Division Office.
5. All Bidders whose applications received before or on the closing date and time will be advised in due course of the results of their applications.
6. Price should not be provided based on another bidder's price.
7. TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia SC has the right to reject partially or cancel all the tender at any time.
