The Ethiopian Kale-Heywet Church Humanitarian Aid and Development Commission (EKHC-HADC) is registered and licensed by the Charities and Societies Authority as an Ethiopian Resident Charity under the Charities and Societies Proclamation No. 62/2019. EKHCHADC, as a resident Charity with registration number 1812 carries out different developmental activities in different parts of Ethiopia.
EKHC-HADC is now seeking a local consultant/facilitative consultant to develop the three-year terminal evaluation. EKHC-HADC intends to procure this service through open tendering for the three-year initiative (2024-2026).
Interested bidders shall their proposals as per the following conditions: -
1. Renewed business license in the relevant sector.
2. VAT certificate.
3. Taxpayer Registration Certificate.
4. Bidders can buy bid documents and instructions for a non-refundable fee of 400 Birr from Office No.102 at the Main Office of the Development Commission.
5. Bidders must submit their bid documents in a sealed envelope to Office No. 109 operations section during working hours, within ten consecutive days from the publication date of this newspaper.
6. Bidding will close at 4:00 AM on the eleventh day following the publication of this notice in the newspaper, and will open at 4:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
7. If the closing date for the bid is not a business day, it will open at 4:30 AM the next working day.
