Call for Consultancy Proposals: Branding, Marketing, Digital Presence & Professional Photography & Videography Support for (10) Green Business Incubator Enterprises.

Reach for Change (RFC) Ethiopia is seeking qualified consultant firms/ individuals to deliver branding, marketing, digital growth, and visual- content support to 10 green and circular-economy enterprises under its Green Business Incubator (GBI) Program in Addis Ababa.

 Objective

The objective of this consultancy is to provide tailored branding, marketing, communication, and digital visibility coaching to 10 social enterprises participating in the Green Business Incubator (GBI) Program between September to November, 2026 who are at different stages of business growth. Based on an initial needs assessment, the consultant will support each enterprise to strengthen its brand identity, develop practical marketing and communication strategies, improve its digital presence, and enhance its ability to engage customers, partners, and investors.

Three Lots - Apply for One, Two, or All Three

Lot 1 - Branding, Marketing Strategy & Communication (2 enterprises)

·        Brand identity: logo, colour palette, typography, tagline, voice/tone guide

·        Marketing strategy, communication strategy & key messaging framework

·        Sales & customer engagement strategy

·        Stakeholder & media mapping

Lot 2 - Sales, Digital Marketing & Business Growth (10 enterprises)

·        Sales enablement toolkit, customer journey maps, retention strategy

·        3-month editorial calendar + 1 month of ready-to-publish content

·        Digital presence audit (website & social media optimization)

·        SEO-optimized website content (3-month roadmap)

·        Google Business Profi le setup/optimization

·        Al for business/marketing & prompt-engineering trains.

·        CRM & lead-management system + training

Lot 3 - Professional Photography & Videography (10 enterprises)

·        Product photography (studio, lifestyle, catalogue-ready)

·        Corporate headshots & team photography

·        Product catalogue design & layout

·        One 3-5 min promotional video per enterprise (4K+ Full HD, Amharic w/ English subtitles)

·        30-45 sec social media teaser (16:9, 1:1, 9:16)

·        Full raw footage, project fi les & IP handover to RFC

Who Should Apply

·        Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in the applicable Lot(s)

·        Track record with startups, SMEs, social enterprises or incubator programs

·        Experience in Ethiopia or comparable markets; team fluent in English & Amharic

·        Valid business licence, legal registration & TIN certificate

·        Evidence of at least 3 comparable past assignments

·        Knowledge of green business / circular economy/waste management is an advantage
