FHE invites all eligible and interested bidders to participate in this National Competitive Tender for the procurement of Multimedia production and Documentation as per the specifications detailed in the tender dossier. FHE is documenting the United States Government's investment in supporting the Government of Ethiopia led Productive Safety Net Program across 11 target woredas in the Amhara Region.

1. Eligibility and Collection of Tender Documents All interested and eligible suppliers with valid Trade License, TIN, and VAT Registration Certificates can collect the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents from the FH Ethiopia, Addis Ababa Head Office starting from the first day of this announcement, between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Bidders must submit duplicate copies of their offer in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and "COPY." Both envelopes shall be placed in a single outer envelope, properly sealed and stamped, and delivered to the FH Ethiopia Addis Ababa Head Office before the closing date and time.
2. Mandatory Requirements (Essential Criteria)
· Valid and renewed Trade License and Legal Registration Certificate
· Valid Tax/VAT Registration Certificates
· Bid Security of 2% of the total bid amount, in the form of a CPO (Certified Payment Order)
· Submission of Proposals as per the tender dossier
