The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Office in Ethiopia invites all eligible bidders to participate on a competitive bidding for the sale of used items.
Interested bidders are required to read the below instructions carefully.
1. Bid documents can be found on IOM Ethiopia website on the following link https://ethiopia.iom.int/procurement.
Bidders are recommended to read the information provided on the bidding documents available on the stated website.
2. Interested bidders can visit the items physically during the bid duration (Thursday 30 July to 21 August, 2026) and only during working days and hours (Monday to Thursday (morning: 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM and afternoon: 01:30 PM to 05:00 PM) and on Friday (09:00 AM to 01:00 PM)). The bid closes on Friday, 21 August 2026, at 10:00 AM. Late bids shall be rejected. Submitted bids will be opened on Friday, 21 August 2026, at 10:30 AM at the IOM Ethiopia Addis Ababa Warehouse.
