5 Star Hotel Service for Addis Ababa
If the office gets best option, it has the right to cancel bid fully or partially መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።
ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ጨረታዉ ከመዘጋቱ በፊት CPO (የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ) በአካል ማምጣት አለበት፣ በዚህ ጨረታ ላይ መወዳደር ያለበት ባለ 5 ኮከብ ሆቴል ነዉ፡፡
መስሪያ ቤታችን አብዛኛዉን ጊዜ የስልጠና አገልግሎት ስለሚሰጥ ከአንድ /1/ ሳምንት እስከ ሶስት /3/ ሳምንት ድረስ ደረጃዉን የጠበቀ ምንም ኮለን የሌለበት ከ150 እስከ 250 ሰዉ መያዝ የሚችል ሶስት አዳራሽ ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነዉ፡፡
ከ95-120 መያዝ የሚችል የመኪና ማቆሚያ /ፓርኪንግ/ ያለዉ
ይኸንን ጨረታ አሸናፊ የሆነዉ ሆቴል ለአንድ አመት ዉል ለመያዝ ፈቃደኛ የሆነ መሆን አለበት፡፡
