Organization for Women in Self-Employment (WISE) invites a qualified consultant to submit a proposal to conduct a baseline survey in Addis Ababa, Debre Berhan, and Assela using the ILO SIYB entry format and other tools.
Applicants are required to submit separate proposals for each site.
- Hold a valid business license for the year 2018E.C.
- Have a valid VAT registration
- Demonstrate Relevant experience with ILO tools and reintegration-related assessment
Interested bidders can obtain Terms of Reference (TOR) and additional information from the WISE Head Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five hundred Birr).

The deadline for the submission of both technical and financial proposals is 10 working days from the date of announcement.
Bids will be opened on August 19, 2026 at 4:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
WISE reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to cancel the bidding process in whole or in part without incurring any liability.
