Specific tasks expected are: advising on research strategy; conducting targeted desk research; establishing longlist of key informants; arranging, preparing and attending virtual meetings with key informants (min. 2 per sector); providing context-relevant reflections on KIIs; providing inputs into sector selection study drafted by ILO. The level of effort is 10 working days, with outputs due by 30th September 2026 and final payment thereafter.
