Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Sub-Clause 4.3
(Ref: 33.2(b)) - •Valid tax clearance certificate:
Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);

Terms and Conditions
1.አሸናፊው ድርጅት ከላይ የተጠቀሰውን የጥገና ስራ በጥራት ሰርቶ ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
2.አሸናፊው ድርጅት ከጠየቀውሰ የስራ ክፍፍል ጋር በመናበብ ስራዎችን ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ አለበት።
3.አሸናፊው ተቀያሪ ዕቃዎችን በራሱ ገስቶ መቀየር አለበት።
4. አሸናፊ ድርጅቶች የምታቀርቡት ህጋዊ ደረሰኝ ካሽሬጅስተር መሆን አለበት ነገር ግን የእጅ በጅ ሽያጭ ደረሰኝ ከሆነ ለምን ካሽሬጅስተር እንዳልተጠቀማችሁ የሚገልፅ ህጋዊ ደብዳቤ እና QR code ያለበት በብርሃንና ሰላም ማተሚያ ድርጅት የታተመ የእጅ በጅ ሽያጭ ደረሰኝ እንድትጠቀሙ ፈቃድ የተሰጠበትን ከገቢዎች ማስረጃ ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው፡:
ማሳሰቢያ ፡-መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ/በከፊል/ የመሰረዝ መብቱ ይጠበቃል
2.አሸናፊው ድርጅት ከጠየቀውሰ የስራ ክፍፍል ጋር በመናበብ ስራዎችን ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ አለበት።
3.አሸናፊው ተቀያሪ ዕቃዎችን በራሱ ገስቶ መቀየር አለበት።
4. አሸናፊ ድርጅቶች የምታቀርቡት ህጋዊ ደረሰኝ ካሽሬጅስተር መሆን አለበት ነገር ግን የእጅ በጅ ሽያጭ ደረሰኝ ከሆነ ለምን ካሽሬጅስተር እንዳልተጠቀማችሁ የሚገልፅ ህጋዊ ደብዳቤ እና QR code ያለበት በብርሃንና ሰላም ማተሚያ ድርጅት የታተመ የእጅ በጅ ሽያጭ ደረሰኝ እንድትጠቀሙ ፈቃድ የተሰጠበትን ከገቢዎች ማስረጃ ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው፡:
