1. Ethio telecom intends to acquire an optical Network Management System (ONMS) to identify available technologies, solutions, and industry best practices for monitoring Optical Distribution Networks (ODN) and Metro Fiber Networks.

This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather information from qualified suppliers regarding available ODN monitoring solutions, system capabilities, deployment approaches, scalability, integration options, and operational benefits. Hence, ethio telecom invites all interested and eligible bidders with this Request for Information (RFI) to provide information for an optical Network Management System (ONMS) with RFI No: 4286885. The Tender remains floating from August 22, 2026, to September 21, 2026.

4,No one is allowed to duplicate or transfer the bidding document that she/he acquired to participate under this invitation. Legally authorized agents shall collect the bidding documents for each principal they represent.
