- •personnel for the key positions:
Bidder has to demonstrate in its Technical Proposal that it will have the personnel for the key positions that meet requirements
(Ref: ITB 37.3 (c)) - •information related to its professional qualification and capability: Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information related to its professional qualification and capability for the period specified in the BDS Clause 15.1; (Ref: ITB 37.3(b))
- • professional practice certificates: Bidder has to submit relevant professional practice certificates, if required in BDS Clause 4.5(b)(iv). (Ref: ITB 37.3(a))

- •Debarment: Bidder has not been debarred by a decision of the Public Procurement and Property Administration Authority from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation under previous contracts, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.3; (Ref: ITB 37.2(e))

TechnicalQualification

General experience in Construction Sector as Contractor, Subcontractor and Joint Venture Minimum ----- years' experience,
