Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Sub-Clause 4.3

Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);

Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4. 6(b)(ii)

Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);

ProfessionalQualification
- •CVs of the Professional staff : Bidder has to provide CVs of the Professional staff signed by the staff themselves or by the authorized representative of the Professional Staff. (Ref: 33.3(e))
- •Bidder Certification of Compliance Form the Team Skill Matrix: Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form the Team Skill Matrix identifying the skills that are relevant to the role in the contract team and are required for successful execution of the contract; (Ref: 33.3(c))
- •Relevant professional certificates:
Bidder has to submit relevant professional practice certificates if required in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(iv)
(Ref: 33.1(a)) - •Bidder Certification of Compliance Form : Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form personnel statistics for the period specified in the BDS Clause 14.1 in order to proof its professional capacity;

TechnicalQualification
- •major relevant contracts successfully completed: Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information about major relevant contracts successfully completed in the number and period specified in the BDS;
-ከፌዴራል ወይም ከክልል የመንግስት መ/ቤቶች ጋር የሁለት ዓመት ወይም ከዚያ በላይ ው ል ፈርመው የመስተንግዶ አገልግሎት መስጠታቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ ስራ ልምድ የሚያቀርቡ (10%)
.1. ሁለት ዓመትና ከዚያ በላይ የመስተንግዶ አገልግሎት ስራ ልምድ ማቅረብ የሚችል(10%)
2..የአንድ ዓመት የመስተንግዶ አገልግሎት ስራ ልምድ ማቅረብ የሚችል (5%)
(Ref: 33.4(c)) - •Drawings and Performance Diagrams:
Bidder has to submit Drawings and Performance Diagrams - Form E of Section 6 (if applicable).
(Ref: 33.4(f)) - •Schedule of Requirements: Bidder has to complete its Schedule of Requirements + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with Terms of Reference presented as per template in Section 6, Schedule of Requirements (Ref: 33.4(d))
- •Bidder Certification of Compliance Form: Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information about major relevant contracts successfully completed in the number and period specified in the BDS; (Ref: 33.4(b))
- •Bid Submission Sheet Form:
Bidder has to provide in the Bid Submission Sheet Form the Statement attesting the origin of the Services offered
(Ref: 33.4(a)) - •Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts: Bidder has to submit Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS Clause 16.3;

1. ለምሳ ወይም ለእራት የመስተንግዶ አገልግሎት የሚውል አረንጓዴ መናፈሻ ቦታ (Green Area) ያለው (15%)
1.1. 1000 እና ከዚያ ባላይ እንግዶችን የሚይዝ አረንጓዴ መናፈሻ ቦታ ያለው (15%)
1.2. ከ500-1000 እንግዶችን የሚይዝ አረንጓዴ መናፈሻ ቦታ ያለው ( 10%)
1.3. ከ300-500 እንግዶችን የሚይዝ አረንጓዴ መናፈሻ ቦታ ያለው (5%)
1.4. ከ100-300 እንግዶችን የሚይዝ አረንጓዴ መናፈሻ ቦታ ያለው (3%)
2. ዘመናዊ የመመገቢያ አዳራሽ ያላቸው (10%)
2.1. 1000 እና ከዚያ ባላይ እንግዶችን የሚይዝ አንድ ዘመናዊ የመመገቢያ አዳራሽ ያላቸው (10%)
2.2. እስከ 500 እንግዶችን የሚይዝ ሁለት ዘመናዊ የመመገቢያ አዳራሽ ያላቸው (7%)
2.3. ከ300 እስከ 500 እንግዶችን የሚይዝ ሁለት ዘመናዊ የመመገቢያ አዳራሽ ያላቸው (5%)
2.4. ከ300 እንግዶች በታች የሚይዝ አንድ ዘመናዊ የመመገቢያ አዳራሽ ያላቸው (2%)
3.ደረጃውን የጠበቀ ዘመናዊ የመኝታ አገልግሎት ያላቸው (10%)
3.1. 7 የቪ.አይ.ፒ መኝታ እና 50 ደረጃውን የጠበቀ ንጹህ ዘመናዊ መኝታ አገልግሎት ያላቸው (10%)
3.2. 6 የቪ.አይ.ፒ መኝታ እና 50 ደረጃውን የጠበቀ ንጹህ ዘመናዊ መኝታ አገልግሎት ያላቸው (7%)
3.3. 6 የቪ.አይ.ፒ መኝታ እና 40 ደረጃውን የጠበቀ ንጹህ ዘመናዊ መኝኘታ አገልግሎት ያላቸው (7%
3.4. 5 የቪ.አይ.ፒ መኝታ እና 50 ደረጃውን የጠበቀ ንጹህ ዘመናዊ መኝታ አገልግሎት ያላቸው (5%)
4. ዘመናዊ የተሟላ የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ያላቸው (10%)
4.1 100 ሰው የሚይዝ አራት ዘመናዊ የመሰብሰቢያና 4 ሲንዲኬት አዳራሽ ያላቸው (10%)
4.2.100 ሰው የሚይዝ ሶስት ዘመናዊ የመሰብቢያ ና 3 ስንዲኬት አዳራሽ ያላቸው(7%)
4.3. 100 ሰው የሚይዝ ሁለት ዘመናዊ የመሰብሰቢያና 2 ሲንዲኬት አዳራሽ ያላቸው(5%)
