Grand Assistive Technology Center (GAT) invites eligible and qualified suppliers, manufacturers, and fabricators to submit sealed bids for the supply, fabrication, and delivery of the following machines.
1. Manual Injection Molding Machine
2. CO2 Laser Cutting and Engraving Machine
3. UV Direct-to-film Printing System

The machines must meet the technical specifications, drawings, dimensions, quality standards, and functional requirements approved by GAT. The specifications of the machines will be indicated in the tender document you purchase to submit your bid. You can apply for one or all machines.
Eligible bidders must submit the following documents: valid business registration or trade license; Tax Identification Number certificate; VAT registration certificate, where applicable; company profile and evidence of relevant experience; technical proposal describing fabrication method, materials, quality control process, and compatibility with manual injection machines; financial proposal clearly indicating unit price, total price, VAT, payment terms, and any additional costs; delivery schedule; and warranty and after-sales support statement.
Bidding Document: Interested bidders may obtain the bidding document within three consecutive working days from the date this tender notice is published in The Reporter newspaper, Monday to Friday from 2:00–6:00 and 7:00–11:00 local time.
The bidding document can be collected upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 100.00 /One Hundred Birr/ deposited to the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia account number 1000559945025 under the name Grand Assistive Technology Center. Bidders must present a copy of the deposit slip in person to collect the bidding document from:

Bidders must provide a bid security/bid bond amounting to 1% of the total bid price in the form of a bank-certified payment order /CPO/ or an unconditional bank guarantee.
Bidders must complete the bidding document prepared by the organization properly, without erasure or alteration, and submit it in one sealed envelope. Completed bid documents shall be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Yin Yang Physiotherapy Clinic or Grand Assistive Technology center within three consecutive days from the date of publication of this notice.
The bid will be closed on the 4th day at 8:30 local time and opened on the same day at 9:00 local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend in person or online. If the bid opening date falls on a non-working day, the bid will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
GAT reserves the right to cancel the tender fully or partially if a better alternative is found.
